How to use this tool

  1. Select your PDF file or files.
  2. Move page thumbnails, rotate by 90 degrees or remove unwanted pages.
  3. Review the result and download it before clearing the workspace.

When this tool helps

Use page organization to fix a scanned document's order, rotate a sideways page or remove an unwanted page. The tool creates a new PDF, so keep the original if you may need the removed pages.

Choose the right settings

Order and rotation
Use the page thumbnails to identify pages. Move them with the controls or drag them into place. Rotation changes a page by 90 degrees each time.
Deletion and review
Delete only pages you have identified. At least one page must remain. Check the final sequence and orientation before downloading.

A practical example

Correct a three-page scan

  1. Start with three pages in the order 2, 1, 3.
  2. Move the second thumbnail before the first.
  3. If the last page is sideways, rotate it until upright and save the new PDF.

The intended order is 1, 2, 3. The displayed thumbnail numbers refer to original page positions; moving a thumbnail does not change the source document.

Common mistakes

Deleting before identifying the page
Similar-looking pages may contain different amounts, dates or signatures. Inspect the thumbnail and original document before deleting.
Expecting text editing
This tool works with complete pages. It does not edit text inside a page or remove sensitive content safely.

Tool limits

Up to 25 MiB and 100 pages per PDF. Password-protected PDFs are unsupported.
